Description

Randall Abate is Chair of Marine and Environmental Law and Policy and he teaches in the Department of Political Science and Sociology at Monmouth University in New Jersey.  Professor Abate joined the Monmouth faculty in 2018 after 24 years of full-time law instruction at six U.S. law schools, he has spoken about environmental and animal law topics in many different countries around the world.  His work now centres on climate justice and the intersection between animal and environmental law.
