Dear beloved,
This letter is for the one who’s still carrying what Jesus already set her free from.
You say you’ve forgiven,but guilt still grips you at night.
You say you’ve surrendered,but anxiety keeps whispering you’re not safe.
You’ve been rescued…but not yet released.
And today, Jesus says, “It’s time.”
Freedom Is Not a Feeling
“The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is on Me,because the Lord has anointed Me to proclaim good news to the poor.He has sent Me to bind up the brokenhearted,to proclaim freedom for the captivesand release from darkness for the prisoners.” —Isaiah 61:1
Freedom is not something you achieve. It’s something you receive.It’s not earned by striving; it’s enforced by truth.
The enemy can’t re-bind what Christ has already broken…but he can convince you to keep living like you’re still bound.
“It is for freedom that Christ has set us free.Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery.” —Galatians 5:1
Every time you pick up what He’s already carried,you put the shackles back on yourself.
Freedom Requires Refusal
Being released isn’t just about walking out of chains.It’s about refusing to walk back into them.
Freedom in Christ is both gift and guardrail.It’s grace that saves you and boundaries that sustain you.
He didn’t free you so you could live casually…He freed you so you could live called.
Stop renting space in your soul to fear, shame, or the past.They don’t live here anymore.
🔔 YOUR WAKE-UP CALL TODAY
Pray this with boldness:
“Lord, I receive the freedom You purchased for me.I renounce every lie that tells me I’m still bound.I lay down guilt, fear, and control at Your feet.Teach me to walk in liberty, not limitation.Where Your Spirit is, there is freedom…and I belong to You.In Jesus’ name, amen.”
Then write this declaration:
“What once held me no longer owns me.”
Ask the Holy Spirit to show you one area of life where you’ve been living bound.Then do something small but symbolic to mark your release—tear up the note, delete the number, close the tab, or speak truth aloud.
Freedom doesn’t mean nothing holds you.It means nothing but Jesus defines you.
