Sprinkle Kindness Like Confetti in Your Community
* Leave a surprise treat at someone’s door.
* Invite someone who lives alone to share a meal or dessert.
* Help someone every day.
* Forgive someone. Forgive at least one person every day.
* Leave sticky notes with positive messages where people will find them—on a vending machine, in a bathroom stall in a public place, on a picnic table in a park, etc.
* Text someone with a message of appreciation, comfort, or encouragement.
* Thank more people than usual.
* Let someone go ahead of you in line.
* Write a positive message with chalk on the pavement or on your driveway.
* Buy a colorful bouquet at a grocery store and then take it to an elderly neighbor, a shut-in, or a nursing home.
