Description

Previously… on Shut Up, I’m Healing.

We’ve talked about forgiveness. We’ve escaped the CULTure of perfection. We’ve defined what it means to look healed versus actually be healed.

But this week — we’re going back.

Back to the version of me that didn’t know who she was yet.The girl who wore confidence like perfume and pain like foundation. The one who loved too hard, dreamed too big, and trusted the wrong people.

This episode isn’t just a story — it’s a reunion.Between the woman I am… and the girl who made her possible.
