Nyx is a pandemic puppy. We got him when he was a baby baby, in 2020. He has grown so much since then, and is now sporting a large patch of grey on his chinny chin chin. Love this puppers, although, like both Egg and myself, he has IBD (Inflammatory Bowel Disease.) I have Crohn’s disease and pica and I am anemic. Nyx, while not anemic, does have pica. So, when we take him out to the bathroom, he has to wear a muzzle. He looks like a little Hannibal Lecter, lol. But he is a cutie, and we love him to death. He did have to have an 8000$ surgery after eating glass and rocks, which perforated his small intestines> We had pet insurance at the time, so while we had to pay all the money upfront, we got most of it back!
Because Nyx will eat literally anything, we cannot have a cat, which really sucks. I miss having cat energy in the spot. There are three cats where I used to work, and I took care of them three days a week. I did get my cat energy then, but I no longer work there, and I am missing them. I need to go back, just to see them.
