Description

Happy Sunday! Today I have a somewhat somber sounding tune for you. It kind of meanders around between the Moog Mother 32 and Subharmonicon. Each synth does its own thing. It can be a bit difficult to combine the Subharmonicon with other instruments. It tends to have a mind of its own! I liked some of the bell like sounds that I got from it in this session. It adds a haunting vibe, at least to me. Get your headphones on and enjoy.

Voices: Mother 32 and Subharmonicon

The Subharmonicon is clocked by a couple of independently running LFO square waves that are combined through a logic module. This provides a clocked source with some variability in the rhythm. Mother 32 is free running its own sequence, with lots of modulation going on. The whole thing comes together as a generative sounding piece.

* A-145-4 (square) -> LB5 B

* LB5 XOR -> SH CLOCK

* SH TRIGGER -> ENTROPY HOLD

* EOWAVE (stepped LFO) -> MISO -> ENTROPY IN

* ENTROPY OUT -> SH VCO 1

* CHAOS X -> MISO -> EG CV

* CHAOS Y -> MISO -> M32 LFO RATE

* M32 GATE -> EG TRIG

* EG OUT -> A-132 CV

* M32 VCO PULSE -> A-132 SIG IN
