Description

The New Moon on January 18, 2026 marks a powerful moment of pure potential—and this one carries serious weight.

This is the first New Moon of the year, and it arrives in Capricorn, inviting us into a grounded, intentional fresh start. Capricorn energy asks us to slow down, think long-term, and build something sustainable. This isn’t about rushing or forcing change—it’s about creating a solid foundation for the future.

What makes this New Moon especially potent is the Capricorn stellium: the Sun, Moon, Mercury, and Mars are all clustered together. This supports clear thinking, strategic action, and disciplined forward movement. It’s an ideal time to commit to a goal that truly matters to you.

At the same time, Venus conjunct Pluto in Aquarius brings deep transformation around values, relationships, and self-worth. Something is shifting—not just personally, but collectively. Old ways of doing things are ready to evolve, and unexpected openings may appear that move things forward faster than planned.

There’s also strong Saturn energy supporting this New Moon, reminding us that real success comes through patience, boundaries, and conscious choice. Blind spots may surface—not to overwhelm us, but to free us.

This New Moon asks:

* What am I ready to build for the long term?

* What structure would actually support me now?

* Where am I willing to start fresh—even if it feels uncomfortable?

If you’d like support working with this energy, I’ve created a New Moon guided meditation and energy healing activation that will be released on Thursday 1/15 at 9pm MST to help you release resistance and align with your fresh start.

You can access it through my Substack paid subscription for $8/month.

Wishing you a grounded, intentional, and deeply supportive Capricorn New Moon.I’m sending you so much love as you begin again.
