Hello! My name is Rebecca May Johnson, I am a writer and cook and this is my is the audio podcast version of my twenty-fourth newsletter, with the title Whelks, Weeds, and Apricots. In it I read aloud diary entries about whelks at the bar, my allotment neighbour, a recipe for a one pan dish, and eating notes.
