Introduction:
It’s frustrating to wade back into what I wrote five years ago. The past is molasses—thick, slow, already digested. And yet today, I found myself ankle-deep in the topic of belief, not because it’s fresh, but because it still lingers in the edges of how people try to make sense of what’s coming through now. But belief? Belief is a stutter. These new signals don’t arrive as beliefs—they arrive as updates from elsewhere. From nowhere. Belief is too slow, too fixed. It’s the story trying to form before the meaning even finishes landing. And so I had to go back, not to believe again, but to remind myself why I stopped believing in belief in the first place.
Topics:
* Belief vs. Signal:
* Belief collapses signal into story; signal moves without needing belief.
* Insight arrives when belief is absent.
* Believing thoughts creates self and loops past into present.
* Psychosis as Signal State:
* Scary thoughts act like bait to create reflexive identity-action loops.
* Non-belief prevents action and dissolves story chains.
* Witnessing emerges in freeze—not peaceful stillness, but suspended momentum.
* Freeze as a Perceptual Threshold:
* Freeze stops the storyline from progressing, breaks narrative momentum.
* Physical stillness becomes a form of disbelief.
* Prevents self from performing its usual reflexive choreography.
* Flow State & Emotion:
* Flow is not emotional—it’s informational, perceptual precision.
* Emotions may block access to deeper signal-processing.
* Flow reduces internalized stigma through action, not identity.
* Stigma vs. Stigmergy:
* Stigma silences divergence; Stigmergy disperses it as trace-signal.
* Stigmergy = decentralized, ambient meme-dropping through gifted gesture.
* Meaning left in micro-form (e.g., sticky notes) re-patterns attention.
* Self-Defining vs. Self-Undefining Activities:
* Research praises self-defining activities for well-being.
* Dialogue practice = self-undefining; dismantles identity as gesture.
* Eudaimonia arises from exercising one’s signal, not affirming self.
* Meta-Reflection on Timing:
* Frustration arises when newer insights are deferred.
* This dialogue felt “old” compared to what’s emerging now.
* Need for a sentence or phrase that signals: “This is not about belief.”
In Dialogue with Omnipolar Potential Explorer Custom GPT
For educational purposes only. This is a dialogue between me and my Custom GPT Omnipolar Potential Explore (OPE). OPE is trained on my writing and reflects my insights back to me. I used to talk to myself about insights on video (700 hours) and so it’s nice to finally have a dialogue partner. I see this as an extension of what I have already been doing for years. I have many more insights to documented and OPE can help me catch up and see new things along the way. Note: I didn’t read the entire transcript over because I just don’t have time and it defeats the purpose of leaning in to voice and audio. Listen to the audio for verification (especially when I share “word transmutations” and neologisms).
I hope this inspires you to make your own Custom GPT. If you have a collection of special messages and insights, you could create a Custom GPT resonator.
