I’m your host Jordan Youkilis, and today I’m joined by my friend Kendra Wilson as part of the miniseries on Maharishi Vedic Science. Kendra is a classmate of mine receiving her Masters in Consciousness & Human Potential at MIU, and her daughter, Sophia Rose, makes a special guest appearance. In this episode, Kendra discusses her and her daughter’s healing journeys and the benefits they’ve experienced from Transcendental Meditation and Dr. Joe Dispenza’s meditations. We talk to Sophia about her interactions with star friends and where she was before she was born. Kendra discusses the experience of self-referral consciousness, the power of meditation and the manifestation of reality from the quantum. Kendra explains how she was able to remember who she is and to incorporate the power of love. Kendra then discusses her goal of getting meditation introduced to schools and of creating collective coherence for students. We then discuss the trade-offs between maintaining the traditional instructional model of TM vs. having it be more accessible to the general public. From there, Kendra discusses her interest in measuring consciousness, of proving the existence of consciousness after death, and the phenomenon of superconsciousness. Next, we talk about nonlocality and the process of becoming nothing to become everything. We end the conversation discussing world peace, breaking the chains of poverty, and following your dharma.
