tbh i was toying with the idea of deleting this recording because i thought that it was dry, but turns out that it’s preeetty freakin juicy. it quenched something within me that i didn’t even know was parched; stilled some restlessness that had been simmering just below my perception. i felt better—lighter—after listening, and i hope you do too.
in this little energy update, we reflect on what’s been going down so far this summer. we talk about the molting process that our collective seems to be going through, and how the growing pains that accompany it might be best soothed.
