The small tidbit that @Danielle DiMartino Booth shared so eloquently and how home builders are sitting on a mountain of spec homes that are almost move in ready but not in inventory numbers. Builders are hoping for 2% rates again or they will reclassify those homes to Land in Jan 2024 so they are not taxed on them.
