It’s nice to write and post about a positive story involving a politician for once.
Focusing on Donald Trump and his corrupt, lawbreaking administration takes a toll on my mental health. I’ve spoken at length about how it can be a lot at times. Though I’m committed to fighting his bullshit, fascist, wannabe dictator ways, I need a break sometimes.
Once in a while, I see something wonderful related to politics. Such was the case last night.
I stumbled upon an article about Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. It made me smile and forget about the fuckery of Tronald Dump for once. I figured that I’d post this wonderful photo as a Note first thing this morning.
Holy shit, that took off like a shot. It had 1000 likes before I even finished my morning coffee. So I knew I had to write an article about it. And discuss it in my podcast today.
