S1E61: The Renegade Writer’s Mouthy Musings
Hello Everyone! It’s good to be back with you today on Tuesday. I had a message that popped into my head and it gave me the idea for today’s episode. I’m sorry this is being published a little later than usual.
But better late than never.
This sentiment was on my mind today when I damn near skipped the gym for the 30th day or more in a row. I realize that my health isn’t ideal as a goal-oriented writer and podcaster. Sitting in bed all day every day isn’t conducive to good physical or mental health.
So I got on myself about it. I heard the message that needed to be heard. And I’ve been back from the gym now for about half an hour, ready to continue where I left off. And it feels fucking good.
