Kilmar Abrego Garcia has been ordered to be released from ICE custody. This is amazing news. I need to fixate on positive things like this more than constantly shit-talking Traitor Trump.
Now we’ll see if said traitor actually allows his release. You can’t count on Spray Tan Shitler to ever do the right thing or follow the rule of law.
US district judge Paula Xinis stated in her Thursday order: “Since Ábrego García’s wrongful detention in El Salvador, he has been redetained, again without lawful authority.” Now we wait and hope that Trump, Noem, and ICE follow the law or not. I’m not holding my breath.
