S2E28: The Renegade Writer’s Mouthy Musings
Hey, Everyone.
Damn, it’s been a Saturday here at home. After still feeling pretty sick for the 4th day in a row, Mai decided to get checked out at the doctor. And damn it, it was more than a cold or flu.
She has COVID. Her first time. And she’s autoimmune compromised.
COVID is no joke, especially when you tend to have health issues. Though Mai is a pretty healthy lady, she still is susceptible to colds more than the average person. I’m hoping she doesn’t have nearly as bad of a go as I did with it.
That was the sickest I’d been in my adult life. And I rarely get colds. Maybe one every couple of years. But COVID hit hard. I was fortunate to not have any lasting effects once it was over with. I hope the same for my Bride.
