S1E68: The Renegade Writer’s Mouthy Musings

Happy Friday, Y’all! The best part of having Christmas in the middle of the week is the feeling as if there are two weekends in one 7 day period. I’m glad to be back with you today, and in this household, Fridays mean three things:

Cooking, Vino, and Music.

On my drive over to the grocery store, I was listening to music. Specifically, Lady Gaga’s first big album, “The Fame.” I hadn’t heard it in its entirety in a decade or so. I was pleasantly surprised that I remembered most of the songs, even the ones that you don’t hear on the radio.

Damn, I love me some Lady Gaga. And music in general. In today’s episode, I talk about my history with music, what it was like being raised in a Christian household by a pastor father, and how it’s somewhat amazing that I got into music as much as I did despite them thinking that it was evil.

So check this one out and thank you for lending me your ears today. I’d love to know who your favorite artists are, or what your first albums were that you owned. Let’s chit-chat about it and have a wonderful opening day to the weekend. Cheers! &:^)
