We likely are leaving our very red state and heading to bluer pastures in a year.
I was reminded of this today while mowing my lawn. Though we have some obstacles to overcome in a year, things are lining up for us to be able to buy a home somewhere on the Oregon Coast or close to it. I can’t fucking wait.
All of this Trump bullshit may even play in our favor. If he drives the housing market down with his taco tariffs, we may get a better deal.
It was cool to think about this earlier this afternoon. Though I’d miss a few family members here locally, we’d only be a day’s drive away. Or a short plane ride. I talk about this in today’s episode, and why this change is something my Bride and I are very much looking forward to.
