It’s time. Mama, I’m comin’ home.

I debated whether to extend this solo road trip of mine for another day. There’s still so much to see out there. I could certainly find some cool things to photograph and travel many more hours and miles by continuing the journey an extra day.

But I’m good. I miss my Bride. And the kids. I can’t wait to see Libby the Mooch, too.

Driving for six or seven hours a day sort of gets old. Though it affords me time to think about life and better things than Donald Trump, I’m somewhat over it now after four days. I want to get back to my routine, write my articles, and call out the fascist fuckery of the Trump administration.

We need to stay Mouthy. There’s work to be done. And this recharging of my batteries was just what I needed to get back to it. And you bet your ass I will, tomorrow morning. Thank you for listening to this episode. I appreciate you lending me your ears, as always!
