Happy Day Before Thanksgiving, Everyone!
It’s your favorite Mouthy writer and podcaster, wishing you a wonderful Pre-Thanksgiving Wednesday. I hope you’re off work already or will be soon, enjoying your friends, family, and fur-pets, like I am.
The Boy and I are going to be making Bánh Xèo, a Vietnamese treasure for dinner tonight. There will be music, drinks, and the entire immediate family home with us tonight, the evening before Thanksgiving.
Libby will be at our feet in the kitchen, doing Mooch things. In today’s episode, I talk about just how much she means to me and why I will not be ok, should I outlive my 12 1/2 year old dog of a lifetime.
