12 Month Goals Rarely Work.
You ignore them most of the year and then you either make a rush for them at the end of the year, or worse you don’t and you put it off to next year… and then next year.
I didn’t want to review season 3 because I had a vague idea that it was a failure. When I went through it on a 2 hour call with Lucas (Range Of Strength) I discovered the truth was quite different to the idea I had lurking in the shadows of my mind.
* Started working with Paul Counsel & completed 8 weeks of education for RealMVMT members from Paul.
* Elite Money Club almost ready for launch! (50 places)
* 50% increase in revenue
* Knee Ability Zero
* Doubled RealMVMT staff team
* Implemented new business support system and many other upgrades to RealMVMT system.
* APP almost ready for launch
* 5 Ball Juggling best + Foot Juggling Best + Free Standing Handstand Push-Up Best
* Successfully applied to leave Australia and move to Europe
* Recovered from a manic / over-training period
* Many members hit new levels in their performance and businesses
* RealMVMT staff developing well as a unit and evolving every month!
There were some learnings:
* When I slow down I stop > Weight training and Range work was the worst it has been for more than 18 months.
* Moving is often stressful
Big thoughts… it’s time to play at a higher level.
I’ve learned so much about myself and the world in 2 months working with Paul. It has re-affirmed the value of mentorship and also has me VERY CLEAR about my own areas for improvement and the journey ahead!
