A little history for you. Over a decade and a half ago a small new internet marketing company was born called RealSelf.com. They were competing with a more established Big Boy called MakeMeHeal.com for the doctor’s marketing and advertising business that was growing rapidly online. MakeMeHeal started focusing on selling stuff and RealSelf focused on getting doctors found by prospective patients wanting specific treatments. Cosmetic Gynecology was new and there was not alot of content online for labiaplastyand vaginoplasty yet. RealSelf had lots of plastic surgeon materials and doctors for breasts and tummies but only a handful for labial and vaginal surgery docs. Somehow RealSelf.com found out that I was teaching, lecturing, and focusing on feminine aesthetics so they contacted me and asked if I could help them grow their newbie division focusing on feminine wellness procedures and surgeries. They wanted to know what a Barbie Look labiaplasty was, what a Majoraplasty entailed, and did I really do my vaginoplasties in-office! They wanted me to share my knowledge and photos so that they could attract patients and advertising doctors onto their website. So I said YES and helped them launch their cosmetic gynecology sections. I wrote alot of early content, provided them with their first labiaplasty and vaginoplasty and clitoral hood reduction pictures. In return they placed my content prominently as a provider without charge for many years. Fast forward almost 20 years later and I get a call from RealSelf wanting me to fly to Phoenix on their dime and record a message for my new practices in Dallas and Vegas. They wanted to know what I was focusing on in my new practice so I told them it was about Second Chances. I helped them get started back then and they are reciprocating and helping me get re-started now! What goes around truly comes around! Thank you RealSelf!!! Here is the result of that video session. When I thought about it more, my Second Chances talk really was also about second chances in my practice as I started from zero once more in the Big D and in Vegas.
