Athena is a visual artist, digital marketer and, more recently, a therapeutic arts practitioner. She also lives with Osteogenesis Imperfecta, a disability that means her bones fracture easily. In this interview, Athena shares her earliest dreams of becoming an animator, and how that dream got derailed one day as she was returning home from animation school. She talks about what she did to reinvent herself and the tools that helped her heal - tools that she now hopes to share with others.
