The goal of this surgery is to make the vaginal opening look virginal. From a letter “U” to a letter “V” with the labial right and labial left meet in the midline bottom of the letter “V.” I often do this surgery at the time of labiaplasty when there is a gaping vaginal opening. Here are examples:
