You can give all you want, but until you start asking you will not receive.

I've been doing more sales lately and getting a lot more no's along with some yes’s.

To ask is to tempt fate and receive a no, or worse, silence.

I used to fear the no, Now I welcome it. It's only information telling you where to keep digging and where to leave it alone.

What I find much less valuable is silence in response to a direct question (which can mean so many things) or a lukewarm yes. Even worse is a yes when someone really wants to say no.

Don't fear the no. Welcome it as another piece of feedback.
