You can break many things in life down to a formula. If you find a working method that is repeatable, don’t overcomplicate things by changing up your approach each time. If you’re most motivated to exercise in the evening, don’t feel pressure to work out in the morning because it’s what everyone else does. If you prefer audiobooks over paper books, don’t feel ashamed for putting in headphones rather than sitting down with a Kindle. What works best for you is what best works for you.
