Fallon Stokes is a dynamic and passionate criminal defense attorney, broadcast analyst for Georgia Tech Women’s Basketball and ACC Network, contributing legal analyst for Court TV, and co-host of the podcast: “Talk that Talk with Fallon and DLab.” A native of Atlanta, Georgia, Fallon is a former fierce and competitive collegiate student-athlete who believes college athletics built the foundation for her success as criminal defense attorney and analyst.
During Fallon’s time at Georgia Tech, she was a four-year starter for the Women’s Basketball team and received All-ACC honors during her collegiate career. Post college career, Fallon attended Georgia State University and received a Master’s Degree in Sports Administration. After her tenure at Georgia State, she continued her education and received a Juris Doctor from John Marshall Law School in Atlanta, Georgia in 2012. Fallon has been a practicing attorney since 2013, specializing in criminal defense. As a defense attorney, Fallon is a fighter for justice and has witnessed examples of authentic systematic inequality in the criminal justice system. She is an advocate for change and social justice reform and is very passionate about seeking justice and helping the ill-served in the community.
