Hailey is a former competitive gymnast at Iowa State University who now is a yoga instructor and mindset coach. She will be sharing with us today her journey with self love after sports, finding her anchor and healing her relationship with disordered body image. As a mindset coach her focus is on teaching others about self love and acceptance.
