Joel Nwigwe attended Alief Elsik High School in the southwest side of Houston, Tx. He was a 3yr letterman in Football and a 4yr letterman in track & field, setting school records. Joel went on to play at the University of North Texas, where he helped the Mean Green capture 3 consecutive Sun Belt Conferences. In 2016 Joel Nwigwe started the “Joey P and Scottie D foundation”, which focuses on community development and empowerment through free football camps and other immediate needs for the community. Now, Mr. Nwigwe is the owner of two real estate companies that help redevelop properties in urban and collegiate communities.
