Description

In this episode, I sit down with Lance Moore, retired NFL wide receiver, and  learn about his life growing up in a dojo and the impacts it has had. We also explore his meaning of what it means to be successful and what it looks like in real life.

From Columbus Ohio, Lance Moore grew up in a dojo with his father and brother practicing meditation. From an early age he was able to apply these practices to help him with schooling, family, and life which later helped him through his NFL career.

Lance's morning routine consists of waking up at 5:15 AM, going for a long run through the neighborhood, hitting the gym, and spending time with his children. He strives to be the best physical and mental version of himself for his family and those who rely on him. His definition of a successful life starts with impact, rather than assets. With that philosophy, it's no wonder Lance's path will continue to forge greatness.
