It’s what happened to me and my business a few years ago. I got very, VERY frustrated with my own lack of focus and the apparent need to constantly sacrifice personal time to get my to-do list done.
SO... I introduced the ‘My Ideal Week’ concept to my business.
It put a stop to the endless context switching and multi-tasking that was burdening my efficiency. My surprise at how something that simple could make so much difference to my productivity was massive!
