As the first quarter of 2021 is behind us, Kerry joins us to talk about resiliency and how to build resiliency in our current environment.

Tips for managing and prioritizing your time:
1. Remember those ANTS (automatic negative thoughts). Recognize those voices, notice them, label them and reframe them.
2. Getting feedback. Seek to find out what the priority is and do not assume deadlines.
3. Allocate time. Blocking, attacking and chunking on your calendar. Be realistic in what will get done. Delegate when you can.
