2022 is here and we are starting off with a bang! This week’s guest is Marjan Mogharrabi, a Certified Nutritional Practitioner who studied Holistic Nutrition. Over the last 4 years, Marjan has built her practice working 1:1 with clients from all over the world (over video call sessions) and specializing in blood sugar balance. Marjan helps them learn how to listen to their bodies, connect the dots with these symptoms, and nourish their bodies in a way that supports blood sugar balance for the long term. In her book, "The Blood Sugar Guide", she helps people to understand the science of how blood sugar works in the body, and practical tools and recipes to help balance this system in a way that gives us stable energy levels!
