2. When I look around, where do I want to be at the end of 2022? 
3. When I think about the end of 2022, are there certain colors or textures or images that come to mind?
4. What do I want to spend my time doing in 2022?
5. Imagine yourself writing your story 5 years in the future - capturing what you had experienced, what your relationships are like, what your relationship with yourself is like, what your career is like, what your finances are like, what you’ve achieved, where you have traveled, all the things. Just go wild and free write about where you are at in 5 years.

Mindset questions: 

• When you think of that woman at the end of 2022; What are the thoughts she is having? How does she speak to herself? What does she believe about herself? Does she care what others think about her? What are her boundaries like?
