Last week, Jackie who I was working with on my coaching offer, asked me "What do you mean by the term your own Essence"?
And I wanted to explain it a little more in this solo episode since connecting with your own essence is a foundational aspect of my career reinvention mentorship program where I guide you to find work that makes you come alive and gives you energy.
As trait as it sounds, the answers are within you, they are just covered up by conditioning, disappointments and demands and circumstances of life.
An example of your essence is the knowing that you have deep inside of you, a resonance you feel when something is or isn't right for you.
I was also encouraged that my latest interview guest David Marlow spoke about our essence - I felt a spark light up that people get it and know what it means, because it's kind of hard to describe it.
