About Gillian Kufsky: Gillian Kufsky, ACC is the Director of Talent Programs for Sun Life Canada. In this role, Gillian focuses on helping high-potential talent grow and thrive at Sun Life through programs for experienced professionals and new grads. Together with her team, Gillian also runs Sun Life’s recognition programs with the aim to foster a culture of recognition and gratitude across the organization. A communications professional by training and a strategist at heart, Gillian brings these two elements to her work on the Talent portfolio. Gillian is also an ICF certified coach and mother to two young children.
