My guest is Lynn Ardizzi. Lynn is VP of People and Equity and CHRO at Centennial College. She previously worked in a senior leadership capacity in the health sector, transportation and insurance. Lynn has extensive experience in developing and implementing talent strategies that focus on creating an inclusive workplace. Lynn is a key driver of people's engagement at the College, advising the President directly on “all things people.” Together with her Masters’ degree in Education and extensive background in both public and private sectors, Lynn is highly relational and very experienced in building effective partnerships.
