Earlier this Fall, the O23 Team set out on an all-day solo wilderness retreat.
A 10hr day from Sunrise to Sunset with no phone, no food, no distractions of any kind. Just alone in the woods with their own thoughts.
After they each completed the "Soul Wander" in their own separate locations, they came together to share their experience and help prepare the Coaches in the O23 Mentorship for a Soul Wander of their own.
The boys share some deep reflections of their time out in the woods, and even some wild instances of "communicating" with each other from afar.
