In this episode of Stop Over-Drinking and Start Living, I sit down with my client Claire to celebrate what’s possible when you commit to changing your relationship with alcohol and start believing in yourself again.

Claire shares how she went from drinking at least 35 drinks a week to drinking 4–5, and how she recently completed a full 7 days without alcohol. She talks honestly about what helped her do it, what she learned about herself in the process, and how building self-trust gave her the confidence to keep going and aim even higher.
