One of the great lessons we will all take from having lived through a pandemic is how being isolated isn't good for anyone's mental and emotional health. In this week's episode, I invite you to step more fully into the human need to connect, belong and take part in community to fulfill our inherent needs as social creatures. If you are feeling hopeless, disconnected, lonely, stuck, or find yourself in a cycle of low self-esteem or low self-confidence, make it a priority to join a community. In communities, we find a stronger sense of belonging and identity, a strong support network, accountability, and a place to receive a boost to our overall health.
