Episode Summary - Helping Children Navigate Their Emotions
This week we tackle a highly desired topic and I brought on a guest expert, Emily Hamblin, to give us a direct path to helping our children better. Emily Hamblin is a mom to 4 children aged 1-12, former foster mom to 27 kids, and certified teacher that’s worked with more than 1,000 kids across the globe. Working closely with neurodivergent, highly sensitive, and other emotionally intense children has given her the opportunity to apply and develop out-of-the-box, compassionate tools to better help all children to navigate their emotions. She is passionate about helping moms to have more peace at home and better relationships with their child, so their children can have a brighter future.
