This week’s Pre OT Secrets, Jessica Lopez will interview Amber Edwards. Amber is an Occupational Therapist with her master’s of science degree in Occupational Therapy from Ithaca College. Her main goal as an OT is to serve both the geriatric and minority population across the lifespan and enable them to participate in the things that add meaning to their life regardless of their barriers, and her other goal is to increase the awareness of cultural humility and diversity within the profession

They will touch on such topics as:

• How the dual-degree program allows her to complete both a bachelor's and a master's degree in a minimum amount of time by taking advantage of transferable credits and summer programs.
• Finding her identity as an Occupational Therapist. 
• How to use Fitness to help you concentrate and study better?
• You occupy the time that is meaningful to you. 
• Build your self-discipline by practicing habits that make you the best version of yourself!
• When you do good, you feel good, you are going to do good!
