Because of the breadth of real estate valuation experience, James is also a prolific investor, with his most recent acquisition being a 70-unit apartment portfolio. James also serves as a real estate investment advisor – consulting or partnering with clients in real estate investment deals to acquire income-generating properties that create passive income and generational wealth.
