We discuss what it means to get more clarity in your business, specific problems it can solve, and how to get more clarity today.

Following are the questions discussed at the end of the podcast that can help you improve clarity in your business:

1. Clarity in Direction -
   Do I know what I want my business to look like in 5 years?
2. Clarity in How to Get There -
   Do I have a clear strategy to get there? (I will do this and NOT that)
3. Clarity in The Right Work -
   Do I have clear goals for the year, quarter, month?
4. Clarity in the Here and Now -
   Do I know the one priority action I need to take today that will help me achieve my goals?
5. Clarity in How It’s Going -
   Do I have metrics defined so I can evaluate my progress? 
6. Clarity for my “Team” -
   Have I clearly communicated the long-term vision/purpose for my business to employees, vendors, anyone who I need help from to support my plan?
   Have I set clear expectations?
   Am I guiding and providing enough feedback?
