This week's Episode is SO GOOD! We have a hard conversation about gas lighting, passive/aggressive behavior and dealing with a toxic relationship and navigating a narcissist. Gaslighting is a form of emotional abuse. Someone who uses gaslighting as a control mechanism is good at it, often times you don't even realize the effects until you have been brainwashed to an alarming level. If this form of abuse is happening in your life SEEK HELP! Find a coach or a therapist. You will not realize how bad it is until after you are out of the situation and have a chance to heal.
