Getting to the source of the self doubt pattern is important. Perhaps when you were in elementary school the kids in class laughed at you when you answered a question wrong. Leaving you feeling dumb and inadequate. Or maybe you were bullied at school for the clothes you wore. Making you want to be unnoticed and unseen. You may have been a product of abuse and trauma, resulting in painful and chronic self doubt. It's important to understand where your self doubt came from, but more importantly, understand that you CAN overcome Self Doubt.
