This one is a personal one...
Join me as I share the 20 years of burnout that landed squarely on my lap. As a self-described 'worker bee,' doubling down on executing became untenable. This process was not only physically and emotionally demanding, but the rapid change unearthed some very old, ancestral wounds, boundary issues, and coping patterns that were surfacing for healing. This was the gift in this process.
The fiery flames of 'burnout' has left the most beautiful scorched earth for me to begin planting the seeds of healing more and more deeply.
