Important points:

•     Use mentors and guides!
•     Listen to yourself and trust that inner knowingness.
•     If you drink to drown your feelings, you might find out they can swim anyway.
•     Our space reflects who we are. 
•     Space is space, whether that’s your desk, room, office, or home. Take a look at your environment. 
•     Clutter blocks energy flow. Things have energy and can block us from what we really want.

Create a way of being with your stuff.

•     Again, listen to yourself. 
•     Do everything with intention.
