After a crazy week full of ups and down this subject came up for me on a number of occasions in one way or another. I believe we all have a responsibility to be a role model for everyone around us. I touch on becoming aware of your patterns. Looking around you and watching how things consistently show up is a key factor in growing and evolving. Before you all say, “hey you can’t blame us for f*%king up our kids” It’s not your entire responsibility but you must own the fact that you are modelling behavior for your children.
