Pretty vision boards are so much fun to create around this time of the year. In fact myself and my daughter have been doing them since she was 5 and I’ve personally been “vision boarding” for over 15 years now. I love the idea of it but I’ve seen so many people (including myself) get to the end of year only to realise nothing on the said vision board had been achieved, nothing needed changing. The goals were still the same, the income hasn’t changed, the 10kg was still hanging on for dear life and so the pointless vision board stays the same moving into to the next year.
Intention setting is only the starting point to achieving your dreams. It is intentions put into practice where true meaning, impact and achievement unfolds.
Stay tuned to the end where I explain the key areas to focus on with your vision board, uncover some truly powerful questions to ask yourself moving into 2020 and also give you a goal to stick to and follow through with for next year.
Every excuses is getting thrown out this week. Sorry babes but you didn’t follow me for stock standard coaching and wisdom now did you?
